  1. Talking about health anxiety that cause what you worry to get worse. I experienced this with my chronic pain of 3 years now. When I get anxious about it goes up for like a week or two . I needed to distract myself with like anime and reading “ fun facts” stuff to put my mind somewhere else

  3. In like 2010 there was this kids board game type thing where you put a metal headband on and controlled a little fan that blew a ball in the air. It’s the same thing as this headband brain thingy but for a physical ball

  4. During a strong panic attack, talk to your psychiatrist abot Clonazepam. It’s an emergency medicine.
