More on natural anxiety relief:

Anxiety can be a disabling condition that’s accompanied by long-term stress and a decline in overall health. It contributes to many chronic diseases, even when treated with conventional medications. That’s why we need to use natural remedies for anxiety and other mood disorders that will address the root of the problem instead of putting a Band-Aid on your symptoms.

  1. i know my comment will probably get burried somewhere but for everyone reading this go find the hidden herbs book by anette ray. you can come back and thank me later

  2. I hear you mention essential oils often but you never mention ylang ylang. I use it and used in infuser before bed works better than melatonin. Been using it for years.

  3. Dr Axe don’t recommend Yoga, come on…. Spiritually not Christian and yes it does have spiritual repercussions to
Reactive yoga. From a professional ballet dancer here, you can do stretches which I did my whole life that are simply body related stretches without a spiritual load on top of it. We can stretch and exercise apart from yoga, and as Christian’s we should do those exercises apart from yoga which has a spiritual load to it.🙏
